MEMORANDUM, REPORT & RECOMMENDATION as to Belal Abdelnabi re 20 MOTION to Change Venue or Transfer Case. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Defendant's Motion to Transfer Venue Under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 21(b) (ECF No. 20) be DENIED. The parties are advised that they have fourteen (14) days in which to file written objections to this Memorandum, Report and Recommendation, unless an extension of time for good cause is obtained, and that failure to file timely objections may result in a waiver of the right to appeal questions of fact (Objections to R&R due by 3/1/2017). The trial of this matter will be set by the Honorable Rodney W. Sippel, Chief United States District Judge, at the conclusion of pretrial proceedings before theundersigned.
