MEMORANDUM: For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is reversed and remanded. The action is remanded to the Commissioner for further development of the record. The ALJ is instructed to consider plaintiff's chronic diarrhea as a condition separate from GERD. The ALJ is further instructed to investigate the uncontrolled and spontaneous nature of plaintiffs diarrhea, especially with regard to his specific bathroom availability requirements, and, if necessary, obtain relevant VE testimony.
