MEMORANDUM AND ORDER : IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellees Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 7] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: Appellant Ross H. Briggs shall be precluded for challenging the jurisdiction or authority of the Bankruptcy Judge to issue the April 20 Contempt Order, as outlined in Issue (1) of his Statement of Issues, but the motion is otherwise denied, such that Briggs will be permitted to address the issues raised in his Opening Brief (ECF No. 12).
