MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants' motion for partial dismissal [Doc. #11] is granted in part and denied in part. A separate order of partial dismissal will be entered. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' claim for punitive damages is stricken with respect to the defendant City of Ferguson. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs shall have until February 1, 2017 to file an amended complaint properly identifying the capacity in which the individual defendants are named and identifying with more specificity the protected activity they were engaged in when they were arrested.
