MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Motion to Stay Proceedings and Compel Arbitration (Doc. 8) is GRANTED. The parties are ordered to proceed with arbitration before the American Arbitration Association as per the terms of the Mutual Arbitration Agreement dated July 30, 2015. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs Motion to Remand to State Court (Doc. 6) is DENIED as moot. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to administratively close this case.
