MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. (See Full Order.) For the reasons set out above, a reasonable mind can find the evidence of record sufficient to support the ALJ's determination that plaintiff was not disabled. Because substantial evidence on the record as a whole supports the ALJs decision, it must be affirmed. Davis, 239 F.3d at 966. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that that the decision of the Commissioner is affirmed, and Lisa Bequette's complaint is dismissed with prejudice. A separate Judgment is entered herewith.
