ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service or Process, or, in the Alternative, Motion to Quash Service filed by Defendants Marc A. Owen, Jacqueline Owen, and MBO Investments, LLC 14 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. With respect to the motion to dismiss, the motion is DENIED. With respect to the motion to quash service, the motion is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service or Process, or, in the Alternative, Motion to Quash Service filed by Defendants Bryan K. Owen and Mary Beth Owen 16 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. With respect to the motion to dismiss, the motion is DENIED. With respect to the motion to quash service, the motion is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall effect proper service or obtain a waiver of service no later than March 9, 2017, which is 90 days from the filing of the original complaint.
