MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Safe Environment Business Solutions's Motion for Leave to File Responsive Pleading Out of Time (Doc.11) is GRANTED. Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in light of the Court's decision to grant Defendant's an extension of time to file its responsive pleading, the Clerk's Entry of Default (Doc. 15) is VACATED, Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. 8) is DENIED, as moot, and Defendant's Motion to Set-Aside and for Leave to File Responsive Pleading Out of Time (Doc. 16) is DENIED, as moot. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. 19) is DENIED, as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to appoint Plaintiff counsel pursuant to the Plan for the Appointment of Pro Bono Counsel. A separate Notice of Appointment of Pro Bono Counsel shall be entered by the Clerk. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall provide a complete copy of the court file to Plaintiff's appointed counsel at no cost. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's newly appointed counsel shall have until November 17, 2017 to file an amended complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 21) is DENIED.
