MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. #2] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED because herclaims are barred by the doctrine of res judicata. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, alternatively, plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 1915(e)(2)(B). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's request for injunctive relief [Doc. # 3] is DENIED. A separate Order of Dismissal will accompany this Memorandum and Order.
