MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time 18 is GRANTED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and for More Definite Statement 8 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, in that Plaintiff is ordered to file an amended complaint including his full name in the caption within 14 days or face dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(e) (Amended Pleadings due by 7/14/2017); and IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order and for Leave to Proceed Anonymously 14 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, in that the parties shall redact Plaintiff's address from any filings with the Court until the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference is held.
