MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Francis Howell School District, Pam Sloan, Steve Griggs, Nancy Wade, William Vanderpool, and Kathryn Greers motion to dismiss (Doc. 21) is GRANTED. Counts I and II are dismissed without prejudice. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend Counts III and IV on or before December 6, 2017. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Patrick Fitzgeralds motion to dismiss, to strike, or for more definite statement (Doc. 19) is DENIED AS MOOT.
