MEMORANDUM AND ORDER:IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to compel and for entry of a protective order regarding electronic discovery (#36) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a neutral third party should perform any recovery and search of the backup tape of defendant's SAN data.
