MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Docket No. 2) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel (Docket No. 3) is DENIED at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall show cause, in writing and no later than twenty-one (21) days from the date of this Order, why plaintiffs ADA claims should not be dismissed from this action for plaintiff's failure to adequately exhaust her administrative remedies with respect to these claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if plaintiff fails to respond to this Memorandum and Order, her claims brought pursuant to the ADA will be dismissed without prejudice.
