FURTHER that Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 59), Defendant's Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Amended Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion to Stay (Doc. 66), Plaintiffs Emergency Motion to Produce (Doc. 72), Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendant's Pleadings and for Entry of Default Judgment (Doc. 78), and Defendant's Motion to Seal (Doc. 82) are DENIED AS MOOT. In light of the Order dated October 9, 2014, and this Memorandum Opinion and Order, it appears all of Plaintiff's claims have been resolved and final judgment will be entered. (Butler, Carol)
