MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by CHIEF JUDGE WILLIAM L. OSTEEN, JR on 03/28/2016. After a careful consideration of the evidence of record, the court finds that the Commissioner's decision is supported by substantial evidence. ORDERED that the Commissioner's decision finding no disability is AFFIRMED, that Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 9) is DENIED, that the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Doc. 13) is GRANTED, and that this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. A judgment consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order will be entered contemporaneously herewith.(Taylor, Abby)
