ORDER, MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE signed by MAG/JUDGE JOE L. WEBSTER on 2/23/2017; that the Commissioner's amended motion for leave to file excess pages (Docket Entry 14) is GRANTED and the Commissioner's motion to exceed page limit (Docket Entry 11) is DENIED as moot. The Court has considered all of the pleadings of record. RECOMMENDED that that the Commissioner's decision finding no disability be REVERSED, and the matter be REMANDED to the Commissioner under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g). The Commissioner should be directed to remand the matter to the ALJ for further administrative action as set out above. To this extent, Plaintiffs motion for judgment (Docket Entry 9) should be GRANTED and Defendant's motion for judgment (Docket Entry 12) should be DENIED. (Sheets, Jamie)
