MEMORANDUM OPINION, ORDER, AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE L. PATRICK AULD signed on 4/20/2017. ORDERED that Plaintiff's Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Docket Entry 1) is GRANTED for the limited purpose of considering this recommendation of dismissal. RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's claims against the Guilford County Sheriff's Office, Court Services Bureau, Greensboro Detention Center, Legal Process Division, and Greensboro Detention Infirmary be dismissed as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (e)(2), as those defendants are not amenable to suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's speedy due process and false arrest claims against Sheriff Barnes be dismissed with prejudice for failing to state a claim under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's bacterial infection claim against Sheriff Barnes be dismissed under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) for failing to state a claim, but without prejudice. (Daniel, J)
