JUDGMENT For Revocation of Probation or Supervised Release as to defendant Gregory L. West (1): Defendant admitted guilt to all allegations listed in the Amended Petition for Offender Under Supervision128 and was found to be in violation of the term of supervision as alleged. It is ordered that the defendant's supervised release is REVOKED.
