AMENDED JUDGMENT ON MOTION OF THE GOVERNMENT AFTER INITIAL SENTENCING as to defendant Michele Young (1). Government's motion (filing 49) for reduction of sentence pursuant to Rule 35(b) is granted. The defendant's sentence of imprisonment is reduced from the original sentence to a term of seventy-two (72) months, followed by the same terms and conditions of release as set forth in the original judgment and commitment order filed on September 15, 2003 (filing 44).
