ORDER as to defendant William D. Lamb. I am advised that the Court of Appeals has vacated the defendant's sentence in light of United States v. Booker and remanded this case for resentencing. Therefore, it is ordered that Defendant Lamb will be sentenced again on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at 12:00 noon, before the undersigned United States district judge, in Courtroom No. 1, Robert V. Denney Federal Building and United States Courthouse, Lincoln, Nebraska. The defendant shall be present. AMENDED JUDGMENT for Correction of Sentence on Remand, regarding Copy of Judgment from USCA 8th Circuit107, as to defendant William D. Lamb (1): The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of three hundred twelve (312) months. This sentence shall run concurrent with defendant's yet to be served sentence described in Paragraph 63 of the Second Revised Presentence Report, Case No. CR02-66 in the Lancaster County District Court. In addition, this sentence should also run concurrent with the criminal conviction described in Paragraph 64 of the Second Revised Presentence Report, Case No. CR02-60 in Lancaster County District Court, followed by 5 years Supervised Release with special conditions, and ordered to pay a $100 Special Assessment.
