AMENDED JUDGMENT on Motion of the Government After Initial Sentencing as to defendant Gumaro Ruiz Guzman (1): The defendant's sentence of imprisonment is reduced from the original sentence to a term of fifty-five (55) months as to Count I, and for a total term of twenty-five (25) months as to Count VII, said terms to run consecutively. Upon release from imprisonment, the defendant shall be on supervised release for a term of five (5) years as to Counts I and VII, said terms to run concurrently. Defendant also ordered to pay a special asssessment of $200 (balance of $175 remains) Count(s) 2-6, Counts II through VI of the Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States.
