JUDGMENT as to Steven Michael Luedtke (1), Defendant pleaded guilty to Counts I and II of the indictment and committed to the custody Bureau of Prisons for 120 months as to Count I and 60 months as to Count II, said terms to run consecutive. This sentence shall run concurrent with any sentence imposed in Case Number CR06-380 in Lancaster County District Court; five years supervised release with special conditions as to both counts, said terms to run concurrent; $200 special assessment. Count III of the Indictment is dismissed on motion of the Government as to defendant Steven Michael Luedtke. Defendant is remanded to the custody of the USM. Ordered by Judge Richard G. ORDER as to defendant Steven Michael Luedtke. It is ordered that: (1) Counsel for the government shall notify the court when the motion for reduction in sentence pursuant to Rule 35(b) 38 is ripe for decision. The motion shall not be decided until counsel for the government certifies that the motion is ripe; (2) Counsel for the defendant, if previously appointed pursuant to the Criminal Justice Act, is reappointed to represent the defendant for purposes of the Rule 35(b) motion.
