TENTATIVE FINDINGS OF FACT regarding Revised Presentence Investigation Report and Addendum, as to defendant Glenda R. Aguilar. It is ordered that: (1) The objections 29 30 of the defendant and the government to drug quantity are sustained. The defendant shall be held accountable for between 1.5 to 5.0 kilos of methamphetamine. The government's explanation convinces me that it has a rational basis for its drug quantity calculation and that such a calculation does not serve to undermine the advisory Guidelines.
