MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - The plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis 2 is granted. The Clerk of Court shall provide the plaintiff with summons and 285 forms and a copy of this order. The plaintiff shall, as soon as possible, send the completed summons and 285 forms back to the Clerk of Court. The plaintiff shall have 120 days from the date of this order in which to complete service of process. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Defendant shall have until July 3, 2008, to file an application for attorney's fees and expenses caused by plaintiff's failure to attend her deposition, and plaintiff shall have until July 17, 2008, to file a response. Plaintiff shall have until July 3, 2008, to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute this matter diligently. Further proceedings, with the exception of the resolution of any application for attorney's fees and expenses, shall be stayed until plaintiff shows cause why this action should not be dismissed or until the deadline for her to comply with the show cause order passes.
