MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that the plaintiff shall have 30 days, or until April 10, 2008, in which to file with the court copy of his EEOC charge and right-to-sue letter in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. In the absence of such filings, this matter will be dismissed without further notice. The Clerk of the court is directed to set a pro se case management deadline with the following text: April 10, 2008: Check for filing of EEOC charge and right-to-sue letter. The Clerk of the court is directed to terminate the pro se first assessment deadline in this matter. Plaintiff's request for the appointment of counsel is denied without prejudice to reassertion. Plaintiff shall keep the court informed of his current address at all times while this case is pending. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without further notice.
