MEMORANDUM AND ORDER regarding: MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis2 filed by Robert Olsen, and Roselita Olsen. Plaintiffs Robert Olsen and Roselita Olsen filed their Complaint on April 21, 2008. (Filing No. 1) Plaintiff Robert Olsen submitted a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. (Filing No. 2) However, Plaintiff Roselita Olsen failed to individually apply to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the $350.00 filing fee. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: On or before June 9, 2008, Plaintiff Rosalita Olsen shall either submit Form AO240, originally signed under penalty of perjury, or pay the court's $350.00 filing fee. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER-On the courts own motion; The plaintiff's shall have until August 19, 2008 to amend their complaint to clearly state an a claim upon which relief may be granted against the defendants, in accordance with this Memorandum and Order. If the plaintiff's fail to file anamended complaint, the plaintiff's current complaint (filing no. 1) will be dismissed without prejudice and without further notice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. In the event that the plaintiff's file an amended complaint, the plaintiff's shall restate the allegations of the current complaint (filing no. 1), and any new allegations. Failure to consolidate all claims into one document will result in the abandonment of claims. The plaintiff's shall keep the court informed of their current address at all times while this case is pending. Failure to do so may result in dismissal without further notice. ***Pro Se Case Management Deadlines: Review amended complaint on August 19, 2008, dismiss if not filed.
