TENTATIVE FINDINGS OF FACT regarding Revised Presentence Investigation Report as to defendant Robert M. Fast. It is ordered that:... (2) The motion for variance 33 will be taken up at sentencing. In addition, the parties are notified that one of the victims is seeking $952,759.81. The Court is tentatively persuaded that there is no proximate cause requirement for losses described in 18 U.S.C. sec. 2259(b)(3)(A)-(E) but there is a proximate cause requirement for losses described in 18 U.S.C. sec. 2259(b)(3)(F).
