DISMISSAL ORDER granting 66 Joint Motion to Dismiss. The Court being fully advised in the premises, dismisses the above action with prejudice. Each party shall be responsible for its own costs and attorney's fees. Pursuant to the Consent filed by the parties and approved by this Court, the Court will maintain jurisdiction over the Settlement Agreement reached by the parties for a period of one (1) year from the date of entry of this Order.
