JUDGMENT as to defendant Jonathan H. May. On a plea of guilty to Count II of the Indictment, defendant is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 48 months followed by 5 years supervised release with special conditions, and pay special assessment in the amount of $100. Defendant is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,000. Defendant shall forfeit the items set forth in the sentencing recommendation to the United States. Count I of the Indictment dismissed on the motion of the United States.
