Defendant pleaded guilty to Counts II, III, and IV of the Superseding Indictment and is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 60 months on each count, to be served concurrently, followed by 3 years supervised release with special conditions on each count, to be served concurrently, and pay $300 special assessment.
