JUDGMENT as to defendant Anastacio Cruz-Santiago. Defendant pleaded guilty to Count I of the Indictment and is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 8 months with no supervised release to follow. Special assessment in the amount of $100 is remitted on the motion of the United States. Count II of the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States.
