JUDGMENT as to defendant Sarah Batenhorst. Defendant pleaded guilty to Count VI of the Superseding Indictment and is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 10 months followed by 3 years supervised release with special conditions, and pay $100 (Paid) special assessment. Defendant is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $343,773.55. Counts I through V and VII of the Superseding Indictment and the Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States. Defendant shall surrender for service of sentence on the date, time, and place designated by the Bureau of Prisons no earlier than 60 days from today's date.
