JUDGMENT as to defendant Cassandra Rae Nemeiksis. Defendant pleaded guilty to Count I of the Information and is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 70 months, followed by 4 years supervised release with special conditions, and pay $100 special assessment. Pursuant to U.S.S.G. ยง 5G.1.3(b) the sentence imposed in this case was reduced by 8 months below the Guidelines minimum to account for time served on a state case (Lancaster County, Nebraska, District Court, CR16-0001236) that is relevant conduct and for which the defendant will not receive credit from the Bureau of Prisons. As for the undischarged period of that state sentence, this sentence and that state sentence will run concurrently. The Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States.
