JUDGMENT as to defendant Octavio Enriquez Cuevas. On a plea of guilty to Count I of the Indictment, defendant is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 120 months, followed by 5 years supervised release with special conditions, and pay $100 special assessment.
