JUDGMENT for Revocation of Supervised Release as to defendant Marcus L. Hitz. Defendant admitted guilt to allegation 4 of the 2nd amended petition for offender under supervision 75. It is ordered conditions of supervised release are revoked. On the motion of the government the remaining allegations of the 2nd amended petition 75, the amended petition 61, and the first petition 54 are dismissed. Defendant is sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 27 months to run concurrent with the sentence imposed in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, Case Number CR 16-468, followed by 2 years supervised release under the same terms and conditions as previously ordered to run concurrent with the supervised release term imposed in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, Case Number CR 16-468.
