JUDGMENT For Revocation of Probation or Supervised Release as to defendant Bryant O. Williams (1). Upon defendant's admission of guilt to violation of Standard Conditions 5 and 7, Special Condition 3, and mandatory condition which states defendant shall not commit another federal, state, or local crime of the term of supervision, defendant's Supervised Release is REVOKED. The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of thirty-six (36) months with no supervised release to follow. ORDER - The Federal Public Defender for the District of Nebraska is appointed to represent Mr. Williams. The Defender or one of his assistants shall promptly enter an appearance.
