ORDER - The Motion for enlargement of time and to conduct discovery 13 is granted. The Court hereby stays ruling and any consideration of the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment 8. Defendants are to provide initial disclosures in accordance with the Order for Initial Progression and answer the discovery that was served on defendants on or about November 12, 2009. Plaintiff is allowed ninety (90) days from the date of this Motion to respond to the Motion for Summary Judgment, including but not limited to his evidence and brief. Ordered by Chief Judge Joseph F.
