JUDGMENT regarding revocation of supervised release 43 as to Jamie Eugene Tuggle. The defendant admitted guilt to violation of the mandatory condition which states the defendant shall not commit another federal, state, or local crime during the term of supervision. Allegation #2 is dismissed. The defendant is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 24 months concurrent with the sentence imposed by the state of Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Corrections is designated as a place in which the defendant may serve his federal sentence. No term of supervised release is imposed.
