JUDGMENT FOR REVOCATION OF SUPERVISED RELEASE as to Troy Dale Moore (1). The defendant admitted guilt to violation of the mandatory condition which states the defendant shall not commit another federal, state or local crime and the standard condition which states the defendant shall refrain from excessive use of alcohol of the term of supervision and is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a period of time served; 30 months supervised release with special conditions; the $100 special assessment has been paid in full as to defendant Troy Dale Moore.
