JUDGMENT for Revocation of Supervised Release as to Stephen I. Monarrez (1). The defendant admitted guilt to violation of the mandatory condition of the term of supervision which states that the defendant shall not commit another federal, state or local crime, standard conditions 2, 6, 7 and 11. Defendant is committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 18 months. No term of supervised release is imposed. $100 special assessment, a balance of $75.00 remains due and payable, as to defendant Stephen I. Monarrez.
