GENERAL ORDER 2005-08 Judge Shanahan's pending criminal cases and closed criminal cases with matters pending have been reassigned to Judges Bataillon, Kopf and Smith Camp. This Case Reassigned to Judge Laurie Smith Camp. This order does not alter assignments to magistrate judges. Upon initial review, the Court finds that summary dismissal of the Defendant's first Section 2255 motion is not required.
