JUDGMENT as to Hashim Amin Cawthorn (1), Defendant was found guilty on Counts I, II, III, IV, VII and IX of the Superseding Indictment after a plea of not guilty and committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 120 months as to Counts I, II and VII and 120 months as to Counts III and IX; said terms of imprisonment shall run concurrently; 5 years supervised release with special conditions as to Count I, 3 years supervised release with special conditions as to Counts II and VII and 5 years supervised release with special conditions as to III and IX; said terms of supervised release shall run concurrently; $500 special assessment (paid); Defendant was found not guilty on Counts V, VI, VIII and X of the Superseding Indictment; the defendant has been found not guilty on counts V, VI, VIII and X of the Superseding Indictment; the Indictment is dismissed on the motion of the United States as to this defendant only as to defendant Hashim Amin Cawthorn.
