JUDGMENT and COMMITMENT sentencing Tylan Lucas (1) as to Counts 1ss, 2ss, 3ss, 4ss, 5ss, 6ss. Defendant was found guity on Counts I, II, III, IV, V and VI of the 2nd Superseding Indictment after a plea of not guilty and committed to custody of Bureau of Prisons for 235 months on Count I; 120 months on Count III, 240 months on Count V and 235 months on Count VI to be served concurrent to Count I, 60 months on Count II to be served consecutive to Count I; 8 years supervised release on Count I; 5 years on Count II; 3 years on Count III; 10 years on Count V; 3 years on Count VI to be served concurrent to Count I with special conditions; $500 special assessment; The Indictment, the Superseding Indictment and Counts VII and VIII of the 2nd Superseding Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States, Criminal Case Terminated as to defendant Tylan Lucas.
