JUDGMENT and COMMITMENT sentencing Joshua Thorpe (2) as to Counts 1sss and 2sss. Defendant was found guilty on Counts I and II of the Third Superseding Indictment after a plea of not guilty and committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for 120 months as to Count I of the Third Superseding Indictment and 60 months as to Count II of the Third Supersedng Indictment; said terms of imprisonment shall run consecutively; 5 years of supervised release with special conditions as to Count I of the Third Superseding Indictment and 5 years with special conditions as to Count II of the Third Superseding Indictment; said terms of supervised release shall run concurrently; $200 special assessment; The Indictment, Count I of the Superseding Indictment, Count I of the Second Superseding Indictment and Count V of the Third Superseding Indictment are dismissed on the motion of the United States as to this defendant only as to defendant Joshua Thorpe. ORDER REGARDING MOTION FOR SENTENCE REDUCTION PURSUANT TO 18:3582(c)(2) - motion of the defendant is granted and the defendant's previously imposed sentence of imprisonment (as reflected in the last judgment issued) of 210 months is reduced to 168 months.
