MEMORANDUM AND ORDER -- ASHA is liable to AT&T in the amount of $61,797.40 on the Long Distance Account. ASHA is liable for its use or reservation of the DHEC circuit on the Private Line Account in the amount of $21,187.61. AT&T is given until 10/25/2005 to file an application for costs, interest, and attorney's fees. Any such application shall be accompanied by (a) an Evidence Index in compliance with NECivR 7.1(a)(2) providing the basis for calculating such an award and (2) a brief fully setting out the statutory, regulatory, or other authority for entering such an award. If plaintiff does not comply with these requirements, the request for attorney's fees and interest will be deemed abandoned. ASHA is given until 11/22/2005 to respond to plaintiff's application, at which time the matter of attorney's fees and interest will be determined and final judgment entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that no later than 15 days after the entry of this memorandum and order, all exhibits in this action shall be withdrawn from the office of the Clerk by the lawyer who offered a particular exhibit into evidence. A lawyer withdrawing an exhibit shall give a receipt to the Clerk for such exhibit. A lawyer withdrawing an exhibit shall maintain custody and control of any withdrawn exhibit in the same state and condition as when the exhibit was offered into evidence.
