JUDGMENT for Revocation of Probation or Supervised Release as to Keith Brian Carter (1). THE DEFENDANT admitted guilt to violation of the mandatory condition of the term of supervision which states the defendant shall not commit another federal, state or local crime and is committed to custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of time served. The defendant shall continue the term of supervised release that was imposed in the Southern District of Iowa, Case No. 93-57 a term of eight (8) years on count I, three (3) years on countII to run concurrent. Anticipated completion date is March 20, 2008. The special assessment in the amount of $100.00 imposed in the Southern District of Iowa has been paid in full as to defendant Keith Brian Carter.
