REPORT, RECOMMENDATION AND ORDER - IT HEREBY IS RECOMMENDED to the Honorable Richard G. Kopf, United States District Judge, that the motion to suppress, filing 15, be granted insofar as concerns any and all statements made bythe defendant from the moment she was handcuffed until the moment, after having been read her Miranda rights, that she agreed to speak with Officer Oetter, and that the motion be denied in all other respects. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - The court has completed its initial review of the defendant's § 2255 motion, filing 93, and finds that summary dismissal of the defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel is not required. On the court's own motion, counsel will be appointed for the defendant. The court herewith appoints the Federal Public Defender (or one of his assistants) to represent the defendant.
