ORDER approving 18 the Parties' Stipulation. Fifteen thousand dollars of the defendant property shall be returned to the Claimant, Chrocia Wadell, by delivering the same to attorney of record, Michael J. Poepsel. The Marshal shall deliver said amount by making payment to Michael J. Poepsel's Trust Account. The remaining defendant porperty, $2,185.00 in United States Currency, is hereby forfeited to the United States. The Marshal sall dispose of said property in accordane with law. Upon Mr. Poepsel's receipt of the $15,000.00, a receipt for said amount shall be filed. Upon the filing of said receipt, this Court shall enter a Judgment in this action.
