PRISONER PAYMENT ORDER - Duncan J. McNeil, III. When funds exist in the plaintiff's prison trust account, the plaintiff's institution shall collect them and remit them to the court subject to the limitations set forth in this order. The Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order on the appropriateofficer at the plaintiff's institution. The plaintiff shall keep the court informed of his current address at all times while this case is pending.
