ORDER granting 84 Stipulation. The 2005 Dodge Magnum, VIN 2D4GZ5829H623338, registered to Lamont Giles and mentioned Count VII of the Second Superceding indictment 30 shall be sold by the US Marshal for the District of Nebraska as soon as possible and in a commercially reasonable manner. The Marshal shall structure the terms of this vehicle so any valid liens will be paid from the proceeds of the sale. The Marshal is entitled to reimburse his office for the expenses it incurred in the bringing the vehicle to sale. Any proceeds obtained from the sale of this vehicle, after payment of any valid lien and expenses incurred in conducting the sales, shall be held by the Marshal until further order of this court.
